AC Milan 3-1 win at Empoli in Italian league ![]()

ROME (AP)—AC Milan bounced back from its Champions League exit with a 3-1 win at Empoli in the Italian league.
The win, combined with Fiorentina’s 1-0 loss at Siena, moved Milan within one point of fourth place, the position it needs to qualify for next season’s Champions League.
On Tuesday, defending European champion Milan was eliminated by Arsenal.
Massimo Ambrosini broke a 1-1 tie for Milan with a header in the 86th minute and Kaka added another goal in the 89th.
