Chuck Liddell vs. Keith Jardine  

has been beat down. He has partied way too much and he has not adapted his game to be a complete MMA fighter. Take Liddell to get knocked out early in the first round by the Dean of Mean Keith Jardine

Mauricio Rua vs. Forest Griffin  
 
Mauricio Shogun Rua is a top pound for pound fighter in the world. Forrest Griffin is not even close. Rua will dismantle Griffin. I. Griffin has not one attribute better than Rua has. He is not as powerful, not as strong and does not have the grappling or wrestling skills as Rua. Bet it all on Rua.

Thiago Tavares vs. Tyson Griffin  
 
On the ground Tavares is one of the best in the world but he will be facing a hard striker in Tyson Griffin. It will be the classic ground versus stand up match but I like Tavares who can compete by trading punches as Griffin can not compete on the ground. I say Tavares wins but this is a pick’em and I would stay away from this bet.
 

Kazuhiro Nakamura vs. Lyoto Machida  

Lyoto Machida has it all when it comes to fighting. He has the great Brazilian jujitsu training and he is a heavy striker. His last 3 fights were not impressive as he went the distance. He will be fighting a Pride superstar in Kazuhiro Nakamura who has fought some of the best fighters in the world. Take Nakamura at +170 for Machida’s first MMA lose.

Jon Fitch vs. Diego Sanchez  

Jon Fitch is tough but he hasn’t fought top level opponents in MMA yet or fought at the UFC level while Diego will be trying to prove that he is the fighter everyone though he would be. Take Diego to redeem himself after his first lost to Koscheck.

Wilson Gouveia vs. Jason Lambert  
 
Wilson Gouveia is training with the American Top Team and is on a three match winning streak. Lambert will be overmatched by Gouveia’s ground game as Lambert is an average fighter at best with decent standing and above average ground game.
 

Michihiro Omigawa vs. Matt Wiman  

Matt Winman throws hard punches and has very good take down defense. He will be able to overpower Omigawa with his pressing stand up game. Omigawa will have trouble adapting to he cage and might be overwhelmed by the UFC in his first fight.

Diego Saraiva vs. Jeremy Stephens  
 
Jeremy Stephens has fought more quality opponents and has a better all round game than Saraiva who is mainly a submission fighter. Look for quick KO by Stephans in the first round

Justin McCully vs. Christian Wellisch  

Both these fighters are not known for their condition. This is a pick’em as both fighters will just stand and throw punches till someone goes down. McCully has heavier hands so take him as he is st5rogner and have probably better cardio
