The fight on Spike TV started out with Houston Alexander just punishing Alessio Sakara with a vicious ground and pound, Alexander looks to be legitimate threat in the Light heavyweight division. As soon as Alexander gets hits he gets this psycho jail house look and he just goes crazy.

In the fight of the night Marcus Davis, who was rocked by local fan favorite Paul Taylor with a right high leg kick, withstood a vicious ground and pound and managed to gain control and mound Taylor. Paul Taylor withstood his own barrage of punches and but was arm barred in the end. A fantastic fight as both men displayed incredible resilience and was fight of the night. In the surprise of the night the once most feared heavyweight in the world lost to Cheick Kongo by just beating him down for 3 rounds. Kong oppressed the attack and hit Cro Cop with some powerful leg kicks. Cro Cop does not look like the fighter he once was.  Matt Hamill lost a split decision but was very impressive as he went the distance with Michael Bisping.

In the main event Quinton Rampage Jackson beat the Pride middleweight and light heavyweight champion to be the undisputed 205 fighter in the world, Jackson now becomes one of the best pound for pound fighters in the world with his win over Henderson. Everyone is anticipating Mauricio “Shogun” Rua and Wanderlei “The Axe Murderer” Silva who both have beaten Jackson in the past to contend for the undisputed 205 light heavyweight UFC title.
